Universal upholstery and leather Zoje sewing machine for heavy materials. Machine with the compound feed (bottom and presser foot feed). Large capacity of the bobbin.

Maximum sewing speed 2.000 s.p.m., maximum stitch length 8 mm, high top-feed lift 5mm. High fabric clearance under the presser foot (16mm) facilities easy material handling. Machine with increased sewing field (distance between needle bar and machine’s arm is 33,5 cm) and also equipped with electronic stitch compensation button.

For this machine we recommend SCHMETZ needles system 135×5 or 135×5 SERV7, with correct needle points, depending on the fabric.

Machine head with built-in AC Servo Motor and control box (Mechatronic). Direct Drive Servo Motor used in machine eliminates the need for belts. It uses minimal power while idle, power increases only when the treadle is depressed, thus provides an increase in efficiency, quick start-up, eliminates noise (compared with a standard clutch motor) and saves energy.

For this machine we recommend needle system 135×17 with correct needle points, depending on the fabric.
