Description
Automatic industrial eyelet buttonhole machine for sewing eyelet buttonhole or straight, with cross tack, half-round tack, with taper bar or without. 2-thread chainstitch. Cutting before or after sewing. Thread trimmer for needle thread, looper thread and gimp are cut manually. Material feeding by built-in step motors.
Machine with large working space for convenient operation. Equipped with programming control panel and integrated LED lamp for lighting of working field. Buttonholes programming on the touch control panel and storing them in memory.
Serial equipped with clamp 30 mm length and cutting block 22 mm.
Eyelet buttonhole length 8 – 42 mm, straight buttonhole length 5 – 42 mm. max. cut-out length 42 mm. Stitch pitch 0.5 – 2.0 mm. Taper bar length 0 – 20 mm.
Sewing speed up to 2.500 s.p.m. Compressed air necessary 5 bar.
Recommended looper thread and needle thread size 70 – 120, gimp 30. Needle size 90 – 130.
